We are delighted to announce that our friends at Crestron have awarded us Elite accreditation.  We have been working with Crestron for 25 years and have installed their innovative technology in numerous Teams Rooms and hybrid meeting rooms.
 
As a leader in meeting room collaboration technology and with an extensive range – from cameras to touchscreens to smart building controls – Crestron has become one of our core vendors, and many of our projects are designed around their ecosystem.  This led to significant growth in 2024 and is projected to accelerate in 2025 and beyond.

Crestron Control

The Crestron Control console empowers everyone to control the devices in the room and throughout the building with a touch.  Joining Video Conferences and controlling cameras, audio and lighting can all be effortlessly and reliably managed through a clear and intuitive User Interface.  SMART building integration is supported in this scalable platform to enable Access and EMS control.
 
With every unique installation, Carillion’s Programming team develop custom solutions that meet customers’ exact control requirements.  This includes the personalisation of the Crestron Control console’s User Interface to make operation as quick and easy as possible.
 

1 Beyond cameras

The future of the hybrid meeting room has arrived with Crestron’s new range of visual AI powered cameras.  Beautifully designed and with broadcast quality image processing, the 1 Beyond range uses AI to anticipate behaviour based on visual cues, clearly capturing everyone in the room from any angle.  With exceptional image quality even in low light environments, lossless optical zoom and multi-camera support, they have already become a favourite of our demanding engineers and a much-specified essential!

New at ISE 2025

A large contingent of Team Carillion attended this year’s ISE in Barcelona.  They spent a lot of time on the huge Crestron stand, learning about some of the exciting new technologies being rolled out this year.

XiO Cloud

The XiO Cloud is a new technology operations management platform that makes it simple to deploy, monitor and manage all Crestron devices from one dashboard.  Securely hosted in the cloud, this subscription service also supports non-Crestron devices to provide a single solution for full remote management.

 
USB-C 100 Watt

With USB-C becoming the standard connector for data transfer, Crestron has developed a high speed solution that charges at 100W instead of the normal 45 to 60W.  We understand the patent for this was only signed at ISE, and we are eager to try it out!
 

1 Beyond cameras – New feature

We were impressed with a new feature now included as standard in the 1 Beyond camera range – Digital Overlay.  This enables furniture positioning reference markers to be programmed into the camera’s OS, providing greater accuracy in automatic presenter and group tracking.
 

We are excited about the opportunity to work closely with Crestron and explore their innovative technologies in greater detail. Collaborating on these advancements will not only enhance our current projects but also lead to new possibilities for integrating cutting edge solutions into our designs for clients.
