Solution

Carillion created four different meeting room types, including "The Huddle" and "Mobile MS Hub", to improve meeting room standards and encourage the use of technology. "The Huddle" is a smaller room for collaboration and high-quality video conferencing. "Mobile MS Hub" is a larger room featuring a Microsoft SurfaceHub 55" touchscreen for more flexible and productive meetings.

Result

The meeting rooms went into circulation after the initial training workshop to ensure the office knew how to use the new technology. Since then, Arivva has had nothing but positive feedback, and the sheer volume of bookings of these rooms shows immediate success.
